They are shape codes rather than model names. Each letter marks a different frame outline, and each outline comes in a range of colours. That is why the same letter can appear in several very different finishes. With us the shapes that sell best are D, then C and E, and it is worth simply trying all three, because the difference between them is immediate. ### What is the difference between ready-made readers and prescription glasses? Ready-made readers come in the same power for both eyes and without your pupillary distance.
