מחויבות לנגישות
אופטיקנט רואה חשיבות רבה במתן שירות שוויוני ונגיש לכלל הלקוחות, לרבות אנשים עם מוגבלות, ופועלת להנגשת האתר והסניף בהתאם לחוק שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות, התשנ"ח-1998, ולתקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג-2013.
רמת ההנגשה של האתר
האתר הונגש בהתאם לתקן הישראלי ת"י 5568 לנגישות תכנים באינטרנט, ברמת AA, המבוסס על הנחיות WCAG 2.0 של ארגון W3C. ההנגשה כוללת, בין היתר, מבנה סמנטי, ניגודיות צבעים, טקסט חלופי לתמונות, תמיכה בניווט מקלדת ותאימות לקוראי מסך נפוצים.
מגבלות ידועות
ייתכנו רכיבים או תכנים שטרם הונגשו במלואם, לרבות רכיבי צד שלישי. אנו ממשיכים לשפר את הנגישות באופן שוטף. אם נתקלתם בתוכן שאינו נגיש, נשמח שתעדכנו אותנו ונספק חלופה נגישה בהקדם.
נגישות הסניף
הבוטיק ממוקם ברחוב ה' באייר 58, כיכר המדינה, תל אביב.
- הכניסה לבוטיק ללא מדרגה, וכיסא גלגלים נכנס לחנות.
- מאחורי החנות יש חניה שאפשר להשתמש בה בתיאום מראש עם הבוטיק. התקשרו או כתבו לנו לפני ההגעה ונשמור לכם מקום.
- צוות הבוטיק ישמח לסייע בכל שלב של הביקור.
- שימו לב: כיכר המדינה נמצאת בעבודות שיפוץ, והאזור סביב הבוטיק עמוס. מומלץ לתאם את ההגעה מראש.

Our commitment to accessibility
Opticnet places great importance on providing equal, accessible service to all customers, including people with disabilities, and works to make its website and boutique accessible in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013.
Website conformance level
The Site was made accessible in accordance with Israeli Standard IS 5568 for web content accessibility, at Level AA, which is based on the W3C WCAG 2.0 guidelines. Accessibility includes, among other things, semantic structure, colour contrast, alternative text for images, keyboard-navigation support, and compatibility with common screen readers.
Known limitations
Some components or content may not yet be fully accessible, including third-party components. We continue to improve accessibility on an ongoing basis. If you encounter content that is not accessible, please let us know and we will provide an accessible alternative promptly.
Boutique accessibility
The boutique is at Hei Be'Iyar 58, Kikar HaMedina, Tel Aviv.
- The entrance has no step, and a wheelchair can enter the boutique.
- There is parking behind the boutique, available by arrangement. Call or message us before you come and we will hold a space for you.
- Our staff will gladly assist you throughout your visit.
- Please note: Kikar HaMedina is currently under renovation and the area around the boutique is busy. We recommend arranging your arrival in advance.
