1. מבוא

2. איזה מידע נאסף
מידע שאתם מוסרים ביוזמתכם: שם, מספר טלפון, כתובת דוא"ל ותוכן ההודעה, כאשר אתם פונים אלינו בטופס, ב-WhatsApp או בטלפון. כמו כן ייתכן איסוף מידע טכני לא מזהה על השימוש באתר (כתובת IP, סוג דפדפן ומכשיר, דפים שנצפו) באמצעות כלי אנליטיקה.
3. מסירת מידע אינה חובה חוקית
אינכם חייבים על פי חוק למסור מידע. מסירתו תלויה בהסכמתכם ורצונכם, לצורך המענה לפנייתכם. מובן שללא פרטי התקשרות לא נוכל לחזור אליכם.
4. מטרות השימוש במידע
מענה לפניות ותיאום פגישות ובדיקות ראייה; מתן שירות ותמיכה; שיפור האתר והשירות; ובכפוף להסכמתכם, משלוח עדכונים שיווקיים.
5. מסירת מידע לצדדים שלישיים
איננו מוכרים או משכירים את המידע. ייתכן שיתוף מוגבל עם ספקי שירות הפועלים מטעמנו (למשל אחסון אתר, כלי אנליטיקה ופלטפורמות תקשורת כדוגמת WhatsApp), וכן כאשר הדבר נדרש על פי דין או צו בית משפט.
6. עוגיות ואנליטיקס
האתר עושה שימוש בעוגיות (Cookies) ובכלי מדידה של Google, הם Google Tag Manager ו-Google Analytics, לצורך תפעול האתר וניתוח אופן השימוש בו. המידע הנאסף הוא סטטיסטי ואינו משמש לזיהוי אישי שלכם. ניתן לחסום עוגיות בהגדרות הדפדפן; חסימה עשויה לפגוע בחלק מהתפקוד.
7. דיוור ושיווק
לא נשלח אליכם דבר פרסומת ללא הסכמתכם המפורשת מראש, בהתאם לחוק התקשורת (בזק ושידורים), התשמ"ב-1982 ("חוק הספאם"). בכל הודעה שיווקית תהיה אפשרות להסרה מרשימת התפוצה.
8. אבטחת מידע
אנו נוקטים אמצעים סבירים להגנה על המידע. עם זאת, לא ניתן להבטיח אבטחה מוחלטת בהעברת מידע ברשת.
9. תקופת החזקת המידע
המידע יישמר למשך הזמן הדרוש למטרות שלשמן נאסף או כנדרש על פי דין, ולאחר מכן יימחק או יימחק זיהויו.
10. זכות עיון, תיקון ומחיקה

We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information is collected through our Site and contact channels, how it is used, and what rights you have. Information you provide voluntarily: name, phone number, email address, and message content, when you contact us via a form, WhatsApp, or phone. We may also collect non-identifying technical usage data (IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed) via analytics tools.
3. Providing information is not a legal obligation
You are under no legal duty to provide information. Its provision depends on your consent, for the purpose of responding to you. Naturally, without contact details we cannot get back to you.
4. Purposes of use
Responding to enquiries and scheduling appointments and eye exams; providing service and support; improving the Site and service; and, subject to your consent, sending marketing updates.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell or rent your information. Limited sharing may occur with service providers acting on our behalf (e.g. site hosting, analytics, and communication platforms such as WhatsApp), and where required by law or court order.
6. Cookies and analytics
The Site uses cookies and Google measurement tools, namely Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, to operate the Site and analyse how it is used. What is collected is statistical and is not used to identify you personally. You can block cookies in your browser settings; blocking may impair some functionality.
7. Marketing communications
We will not send you promotional content without your prior explicit consent, per the Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law, 1982 (the "Spam Law"). Every marketing message includes an unsubscribe option.
8. Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information. However, no transmission of data over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Data retention
Information is kept for as long as needed for the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
10. Right to inspect, correct, and delete
By law, you may inspect information collected about you, request its correction or deletion, and opt out of marketing. For such requests, use the details in section 12.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version is posted on the Site and applies from posting.
