1. כללי
אתר זה ("האתר") מופעל על ידי אופטיקנט (להלן: "החברה", "אנחנו"), בוטיק משקפיים בכיכר המדינה, תל אביב. השימוש באתר מהווה הסכמה לתנאי שימוש אלה. אם אינכם מסכימים להם, אנא הימנעו משימוש באתר. אנו רשאים לעדכן תנאים אלה מעת לעת, והנוסח המעודכן יחייב ממועד פרסומו באתר.
2. אופי האתר והמידע
האתר הוא אתר תדמית ומידע בלבד. לא מתבצעת בו מכירה מקוונת, תשלום או משלוח, וכל רכישה מתבצעת בחנות הפיזית. המידע המוצג באתר, לרבות מותגים, דגמים ותמונות, הוא כללי ולהמחשה בלבד, עשוי להשתנות ללא הודעה מוקדמת, ואינו מהווה הצעה מחייבת. זמינות דגם ומחיר מאושרים סופית רק בחנות.
3. מקוריות ומשווק מורשה
אופטיקנט היא משווק מורשה של המותגים שהיא מוכרת. כל המוצרים הנמכרים בחנות מקוריים ב-100%, מיובאים דרך ערוצים רשמיים ומגובים באחריות יצרן מלאה. תיעוד למעמד המשווק המורשה זמין לבקשה בחנות.
4. בדיקות ראייה ומרשם
המידע באתר אינו מהווה ייעוץ רפואי ואינו תחליף לבדיקת ראייה אצל אופטומטריסט מוסמך. התאמת עדשות מרשם, לרבות מולטיפוקל, נעשית בחנות על ידי אופטומטריסט מוסמך ובהתאם למרשם בתוקף. באחריות הלקוח למסור נתוני מרשם מדויקים ועדכניים.
5. רכישה בחנות והחזרות
רכישות מתבצעות בחנות בלבד, בכפוף לחוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ"א-1981 ולתקנות הגנת הצרכן (ביטול עסקה), התשע"א-2010. מסגרות ומשקפי שמש מהמדף שלא נעשה בהם שימוש, במצבם המקורי ועם חשבונית, ניתן להחזיר או להחליף בהתאם למדיניות ולזמנים הקבועים בדין (בדרך כלל עד 14 יום), ובכפוף לדמי ביטול של עד 5% מהמחיר או 100 ש"ח, לפי הנמוך. עדשות מרשם ומשקפיים המיוצרים בהתאמה אישית ללקוח פטורים מזכות הביטול על פי דין. הפרטים המדויקים יימסרו בעת הרכישה.
6. קניין רוחני
כל התכנים באתר, לרבות טקסטים, עיצוב, לוגו ותמונות, הם קניינה של החברה או של מי מטעמה. סימני המסחר של המותגים המוצגים שייכים לבעליהם. אין להעתיק, לשכפל, להפיץ או לעשות שימוש מסחרי בתכני האתר, לרבות באמצעות איסוף אוטומטי, ללא אישור מראש ובכתב.
7. הגבלת אחריות
האתר והמידע בו ניתנים כמות שהם ("as-is"). איננו אחראים להסתמכות על מידע באתר, לזמינות מוצרים או שירותים, או לתכנים של אתרים חיצוניים המקושרים מהאתר, במידה המרבית המותרת בדין.
8. פרטיות
השימוש במידע שנאסף באתר כפוף למדיניות הפרטיות שלנו.
9. דין וסמכות שיפוט
על תנאים אלה יחולו דיני מדינת ישראל בלבד, וסמכות השיפוט הבלעדית נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים במחוז תל אביב-יפו.

1. General
This website (the "Site") is operated by Opticnet (the "Company", "we"), an eyewear boutique at Kikar HaMedina, Tel Aviv. Using the Site constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the Site. We may update these terms from time to time; the updated version applies from the moment it is posted.
2. Nature of the Site and information
The Site is an informational, showcase site only. It offers no online sale, payment, or shipping; all purchases are made in the physical boutique. Information shown, including brands, models, and images, is general and illustrative only, may change without notice, and does not constitute a binding offer. Model availability and price are confirmed only in-store.
3. Authenticity and authorized dealer
Opticnet is an authorized dealer of the brands it carries. All products sold in-store are 100% genuine, imported through official channels, and backed by full manufacturer warranty. Documentation of authorized-dealer status is available on request in-store.
4. Eye exams and prescriptions
Information on the Site is not medical advice and is not a substitute for an eye examination by a certified optometrist. Prescription lenses, including progressives, are fitted in-store by a certified optometrist based on a valid prescription. The customer is responsible for providing accurate, current prescription details.
5. In-store purchases and returns
Purchases are made in-store only, subject to the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 2010. Unused off-the-shelf frames and sunglasses, in original condition with a receipt, may be returned or exchanged under the periods set by law (generally up to 14 days), subject to a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the price or ILS 100, whichever is lower. Prescription lenses and eyewear custom-made for the individual customer are exempt from the statutory right of cancellation. Exact terms are provided at the time of purchase.
6. Intellectual property
All Site content, including text, design, logo, and images, belongs to the Company or its licensors. Trademarks of the brands shown belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or make commercial use of Site content, including by automated scraping, without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
The Site and its content are provided "as-is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for reliance on Site content, for product or service availability, or for the content of external sites linked from the Site.
8. Privacy
Use of information collected on the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel, and exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district.
