In summer 2026 GIGI STUDIOS celebrated its tenth anniversary. Behind it is a Barcelona family that has been making eyewear since 1962. Here is what is worth knowing about the label, and which of its frames are on our shelf at Kikar HaMedina right now.

GIGI STUDIOS is a family business from Barcelona. The family has worked in eyewear for more than sixty years, since 1962, and in 2026 the label celebrated its tenth anniversary. The company is run today by Patricia Ramo, and its frames are sold in more than 50 countries.
A new home near Barcelona
In 2024 the label moved into a new headquarters in Sant Cugat del Vallès, a town about 25 kilometres north of Barcelona. The space was designed by the architecture studio Isern Serra and serves as showroom, offices and event venue in one.
Three collections, three moods
Our stock holds frames from three of the label's collections, and each speaks its own language:
Icons gathers classic shapes that never go out of fashion. BROOKS, a round unisex model in Italian acetate, is exactly that: a frame that looks natural from the first day.
Lab is the collection of experiments with materials, with lightness in mind. PORTLAND is made of titanium, round and fine, and feels almost weightless on the face.
Vanguard is the label's bold, fashion-led side. CASSIA is a small Italian acetate oval for women, with a presence for anyone who likes glasses to be part of the look.

We have BROOKS in havana and transparent, PORTLAND in gold and pink, CASSIA in black and havana, and a few earlier models of the label. You can see them all on the brand page.
